So I did some hanging around April Point today, wondering about what I could tell you guys about. I didn’t come across any major stories but while looking around I notice some of the smaller things. As you may already know April Point does salmon fishing and Wildlife Adventure Tours just like most of the other resorts owned by the Oak Bay Marine Group; but April Point loves to pride themselves on lots of the other things they have to offer; like the fact that you could have the same waitress everyday and they remember you by name. That you can bring your dog Oscar and that there is a dish of water waiting outside the front desk. The property that April Point sits on is just gorgeous; Karin our landscaper has the biggest hanging baskets I have ever seen. Of course you can fly directly to our dock if you choose to come in by float plane, or you can drive your boat to our marina. Don’t forget the Sushi; this is one of the big reasons a lot of locals head over the evenings, including myself. 

Speaking of little things we've started geting lots of Pinks come flooding into the docks the past couples days, along with the elusive Sockeye salmon and of course the Chinook.

So if you are one of those people that appreciate the little things in life, April Point is the place for you.
