In addition to the many thirty pound plus size Chinook our guests have been bringing home, it looks like some bigger fish are now moving through Kano Inlet.

A 43 and a 44 were landed last trip. with Michael Grace getting the big one and also claiming the trip trophy. Today the largest of the season showed up, a chubby 48 pounder. Jack McMullen was the lucky angler and was so overcome that he missed dinner this evening!

No major halibut action so far this trip but a couple over 100 lbs. were caught last trip and with the fair weather and, with the calm seas that we are now enjoying, a major halibut assault is looming tomorrow.
