The big ones are back! Or rather: We are back where the big ones hang out!

The northwest gales have finally relented and our current group are taking full advantage with six new Master Fisherman presentations over the last two days. Morgan Marinello was one, with the ultimate double header, a 100 lb halibut and a 51 lb Chinook. About 15 other fish were either hali over 50 lbs or Chinook over 30. Good times!

This group also produced some of the largest Coho of the season with Craig Bennett topping the list with a 15 pounder.

Weather looks fairly settled for the next few days so it is likely that this kind of fishing will be in store for the next few groups.
