Largest halibut of the season...240lbs. so far

MV Salmon Seeker - June 25, 2010

Although hampered by weather, anglers have still been able to reel in some impressive fish including a 36 pounder by Jim Rigby. This beauty was caught right at the east end of Kano, close to where the ship anchors.

Yesterday's weather was much improved and anglers greated this good weather with some beautiful fish. The big one, and largest of the season so far was a 240 lb. halibut caught by Elena Farnham. Largest salmon of the day was a 33 pounder caught by thirteen year Seeker veteran John Bunyan. Goodbye to our friends on trip #5 and welcome to folks on trip #6.
