MV Salmon Seeker - August 8, 2007
This is an extra edition of our Reel Reports as I would be remiss in not mentioning the presence on board of four generations of the Wilkins clan. They hail from the great states of Kentucky and North Carolina. There are Douglas, Steve, Frank, Jim and our newest top angler 21-year-old old John. John landed a 40 lb Chinook today. Well done John!
Fishing has been strong all day today and the weather was not a factor. The seas flattened out and the wind dropped so all that remained was a refreshing Queen Charlotte mist. Remember what they always say: when the fog is gone it won’t be mist!
