Father’s Day is approaching quickly and we get a lot of fathers and sons celebrating early. Here we have Jim Findlay with his son Wayne and his son Devin. All three guys caught something. Jim’s fish weighed 9.56 lbs. Wayne’s was 9.76 lbs. and Devin’s was 9.72 lbs.

One of the best parts of working at April Point Resort & Spa is the fact that you get to see wildlife on a daily basis. This week Ben, one of our cruiser guides, enticed one of our many eagles down to the dock for a little snack. Ben is approximately 5’10”. Sure makes him look small.

The Marjorie Morningstar set sail from the April Point Marina, heading north to the Johnston Passage. This was the crew’s very first time traveling the Pacific North West. Good luck on your travels, I hope everyone brought their long-johns. Speaking of making things look tiny, Connector 2 doesn’t look so spacious next to the Marjorie Morningstar.
