During your stay at April Point you can take advantage of activities and amenities such as; Salmon Fishing, Wildlife Whale Watching, Rapid Tours and Sunset Tours. April Point Resort and Spa has bicycles and scooters for rent that be used to explore the unique shops and galleries on Quadra Island. A couple of popular spots are the Cape Mudge Lighthouse and the Rebecca Spit National Marine Park. If you’re looking for something guided the Arts and Culture Tour is a 4 hour tour that explores historic sites, First Nations culture and art studio’s on Quadra Island. Be sure to also check out the Farmer’s Market down town if you’re here on a Sunday.
We have double and single kayaks for rent that are great for exploring the marine aspect of the Island. For simpler pleasures you can play a game of giant chess or checkers while lounging on the patio or take a short stroll to the April Point Marina and check out all the beautiful boats.

Also available to April Point guests are all the amenities at Painter’s Lodge. Just a 10 minute boat ride away, you can take a dive into our heated pool or relax in the hot tub. You can let the kids watch a movie in the fitness center while you get your workout in at the fitness centre.
