April Point Resort & Spa has re-opened for the 2011 season. Your big sister, Painter’s Lodge, is wishing you a great start to your season. Michael O’Hara (Resort Manager) and Bridget Smith (Front Desk Manager) received a beautiful bouquet of fleurs from across the channel.

I met a group of visitors from all over Vancouver Island trying to get a group photo in front of the giant chess board. Of course, there’s always one person not in the picture, you know how it works…This is where I come in and save the group photo!

The grounds are looking gorgeous and lush with all the spring rain, the red Adirondack chairs are waiting for you to come and relax.

I visited the Aveda Spa and met a couple of the new girls, looking as lovely as ever. You have to see the new nail polish line; bold and bright for the summer ladies!
