On this beautifully sunny day, the Ucluelet Princess motored into dock with a 63.3lb. halibut aboard. Doug Wrigley was the proud angler who landed the fish and was happy to not only receive a catch of the day hat, but a special Captain’s pin to go along with it. Salmon were also hitting our docks today with Mario landing a 24.5 pounder. To Join the Captain’s club, one must land a halibut over 50 lbs., a Chinook over 30 lbs., or a Coho over 15 lbs.
