Terms & Conditions 

The card entitles the card holding member only to benefit from any discounts or special offers. It may not be used for discounts or special offers for other members in their party, unless other members of that party also have a membership card. There are no limitations on how many cards can be used from one household.
Card must be shown at time of purchase. 
Discounts do not apply to travel agent and tour operator bookings.
For resort bookings, card number must be given at time of reservation, and card must be shown upon check in at resort. 
Accommodation discounts are based on availability and may not be used during certain blackout dates.
May not be combined with other Oak Bay Marine Group promotions or specials.
May not be used for some special events.
Discount applies to new bookings and purchases only. 
Exclusions: The Program exclusions include but are not limited to:
moorage, boathouses, alcohol, cigarettes, fuel, sale items, blackout/holiday/special event dates, fishing licenses, bookings with third party operators (i.e. golf courses) bus and air travel (transport to resorts) gift card/certificate purchases, group bookings, weddings/banquet functions, phone cards, rental cars, meal plans, sale of property, purchases of villa sales at Cape Santa Maria, taxes, gratuities and energy surcharges.
Lost or stolen cards should be reported to the Oak Bay Marine Group by phone or email immediately so that the card can be canceled and a replacement card can be issued.
Information collected by the Oak Bay Marine Group will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties. It will be used expressly by the Oak Bay Marine Group for communicating special offers to the Member throughout the year.
The Oak Bay Marine Group reserves the right to make changes to the program or cancel the program at any time at its absolute discretion.
The loyalty program will be discontinued on December 31, 2014. Existing cards will be honoured until that time.
