Guest Services Coordinators
At April Point, our on site coordinators work closely with the resort staff, sales staff and you to make sure that every detail is taken care of to your satisfaction. Our coordinators will work with you to choose menus, accommodation, transportation options, design itineraries, choose adventure activities and handle payment details. Our creativity and flexibility are at your disposal to ensure that your meetings, conferences and banquets are one of a kind.
Adventure Wear and In-room amenities
Imagine your guests arriving to find a golf shirt, fleece jackets or vest with the April Point logo awaiting in their room, or a gift of apparel on their departure as a memory of the trip. Let us work with you to provide corporate adventure wear for your group. We have a wide variety of suppliers and can provide shirts, fleeces, vests, sweaters, sweatshirts, and more. There are also an assortment of in-room amenities to select from including fruit baskets, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne.
Fishing Derbies
Want to spice up your corporate planning sessions or retreats with a little competition? Try one of our fishing derby packages. Our resort staff handle registration and weigh-in; all you have to do is fish your heart out. Select from a variety of packages.
One Trip. Two Resorts.
Guests staying at April Point can enjoy all the facilities and services at Painter’s Lodge. The two resorts are connected via a 10-minute water shuttle that runs across the passage between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm. Painter’s Lodge has a swimming pool and hot tubs, tennis courts as well as a dining room and pub.
