David – Sushi master
Marina Restaurant, Victoria
I have worked as sushi chef at the Marina Restaurant since 1996. I am responsible for managing the sushi bar and I make sushi for our eager customers throughout the week.
As you would imagine, over the years I’ve had some pretty amazing experiences. The most memorable, however, has to be a fishing trip to the Queen Charlotte Islands that was given to me by Bob Wright, the president and CEO. You can see from this picture why the fishing trip was so memorable,… just take a look at that fish!
