I have been employed with Oak Bay Marine Group at the Marina Restaurant in Victoria for three years. Since I started at the restaurant I’ve had the chance to work as a saucier, garde manager, and worked on our famous Sunday Brunch.
The people I work with are the best part of my job, and I appreciate their professionalism and support. The Marina Restaurant’s kitchen is well-equipped and spacious, and it’s a pleasure to work with such quality ingredients with a local connection.
I’ve stayed with the restaurant all these years for several reasons. The Oak Bay Marine Group’s executive and management teams are always understanding, and I enjoy the confidence I get personally working at such a well-respected restaurant.
