Job Description:
The Third Cook is responsible for ensuring all prep, stocking and preparation of assigned station items is preformed to standard under the direction and supervision of the Executive Chef.
Skills:
- Excellent Saucier Skills
- Experience in all line positions
- Advanced knife skills
- Minimum of 1 year formal training or related experience
- Food Safe
- WHIMIS
- Apprentice or Red Seal journeyman qualified
- Occupational First Aid
