Job Description:

The Third Cook is responsible for ensuring all prep, stocking and preparation of assigned station items is preformed to standard under the direction and supervision of the Executive Chef.

Skills:

    • Excellent Saucier Skills
    • Experience in all line positions
    • Advanced knife skills
    • Minimum of 1 year formal training or related experience
    • Food Safe
    • WHIMIS
    • Apprentice or Red Seal journeyman qualified
    • Occupational First Aid
