Job Description:

To manage Sushi Bar so that an excellent product is produced with flair and in a timely fashion resulting in excellent guest feedback. These objectives must be met while maintaining company standards in labour and attention to food costs.

Skills:

    • Experience in Japanese Cuisine
    • Food Safe (Level 1)
    • 3 yrs. experience in kitchen as Sous Chef
