Job Description:

The Second Cook is tasked with preparing all menu items to standard as laid out by the Chef in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner.

Skills:

    • Basic sauces and dressing knowledge and sandwich assembly line skills
    • Developing knife skills
    • Minimum of 2-3 years formal training or related experience
    • Food Safe
    • WHIMIS
    • Experience working the line, deep fryers and grills
    • Occupational First Aid
