Job Description:
The Second Cook is tasked with preparing all menu items to standard as laid out by the Chef in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
Skills:
- Basic sauces and dressing knowledge and sandwich assembly line skills
- Developing knife skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years formal training or related experience
- Food Safe
- WHIMIS
- Experience working the line, deep fryers and grills
- Occupational First Aid
