Job Description

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to executive office personannel in a fast paced, confidential environment. This position requires a high degree of common sense, diplomacy, superior interpersonal skills, great knowledge with computers and computer software and strong organizational abilities.

Skills

    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and it's componesnts including Word, Excel, and Access
    • Good people skills and organizational ability 
    • The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
